Bringing Forth What's Within You by Brenda R. Bryan

“If you bring forth what is within you, it will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, it will destroy you.” – Gospel Quote

The first time I heard this, I paused. What does it mean to be saved? What does it mean to be destroyed?

After years of studying and teaching transformational principles, I’ve seen the deep pain people carry—not because of their circumstances, but because of the way they think about themselves. Most don’t even realize they have a choice in the matter.

From childhood, we are conditioned by family, school, religion, and society, shaping who we are allowed to be. We internalize rules that once kept us safe but eventually keep us stuck. Without realizing it, we give our most precious resource—our lives—away to others’ expectations.

But here’s the good news: as Tillman says, “There is an angel looking over you that says: grow, grow, grow.” That angel is your longing, your discontent. It’s the whisper of spirit nudging you toward what wants to come forth in you. Our very DNA spirals upward—constant movement, constant evolution. The question is: Are you growing toward your vision, or are you being carried by the winds of circumstance?

Yes, life will happen. Yes, challenges will arise. The difference between those who thrive and those who struggle is the perspective they bring to those challenges.

The Power of Focused Thought

Most people don’t realize how much unconscious conditioning shapes their results. We get caught in struggle, unaware that we have the power to shift our experience. That’s why Dream Building is so transformational—it teaches you how to work with your thinking stuff to create the life you truly desire.

Abraham Maslow said, “People who live highly activated, highly potentiated lives pay very close attention to their dreams.”

So, let’s return to that opening statement:

• To be saved means to bring forth the dream inside you, to give life to the creativity and purpose that longs to be expressed. Life becomes fuller, easier, and more fulfilling.

• To be destroyed doesn’t mean you stop breathing, but you stop truly living. You shrink. You become trapped in struggle, frustration, and regret.

A Personal Story of Following the Call

At 16, I felt powerless—trapped in a life where I didn’t belong. I was fighting to escape my bipolar mother, teachers who compared me to my “smarter” brother, and a system that labeled my dyslexia as defiance. I was the black sheep, different from my family, knowing I didn’t want the traditional path of marriage and children—I wanted to love women, to be creative, to design my own life.

But how? I had no roadmap.

Then, Spirit intervened. One day, a speaker from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design came to my school. In that moment, I knew that this was the path forward. That decision changed my life. My training taught me how to use my imagination, how to be solution-focused, how to follow the next call from Spirit. Every step forward reinforced that I was listening to that still small voice inside me.

Today, I wake up each day grateful for my journey, for the power that breathes me, for the dreams I’ve followed and the ones still unfolding. I live a highly activated, highly potentiated life because I’ve learned to listen—to bring forth what is within me.

Are You Ready to Bring Forth What Will Save You?

This is what I love about the programs I offer. They awaken the power within you. They give you the tools to create a life by design, not by default. It’s about becoming the person who can manifest new possibilities, who lives from passion, purpose, and alignment.

“If you bring forth what is within you, it will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, it will destroy you.”

Let’s take charge of the gifts inside you. Let’s listen to that still small voice and change your results—so you can bring forth the life you were meant to live.

Like most people, I guess, I’ve been terrified of public speaking!

Yet I realize that it’s a necessary skill for today’s entrepreneurs and a path to personal empowerment. Turning to Brenda for her expertise and coaching has already made a big difference in my comfort level and ability to show up as myself.

Brenda has the insight, tips and tricks to make “raising your voice” much more than an exercise in imparting information to your listeners. She helps me create more engaging, coherent, and exciting presentations that feel authentic to who I am. If you want to shift how you come across onstage and be seen and heard as a trusted expert, I highly recommend you get in touch with Brenda.

The Raise Your Voice Speakers Club is an AMAZING GROUP..

..of heart centered women coming together to speak our stories.
I like to describe our club as “An empowered group of women, joining energies to make our voices heard, and make the world a better place.”

If you ever envisioned yourself speaking clearly on stage, or wished you could stand up in front of a group and not vomit, to speak your mind, or even speak out loud. If you’re looking for a sisterhood of support, this might be the time for you to come check out our Club.

I have found her speakers club to be an excellent..

..environment in which to learn about promoting my professional interests as an author and an artist. As a result of my participation in this club, I feel much more confident when I speak about myself now, and as a result, my message has become more easily understood and more relevant to the general public.

You’ll be touched and inspired.

I recently attended the inaugural Fireside Stories event put on by Brenda Bryan, creator and facilitator of the Raise Your Voice Speakers Club, and I was thoroughly impressed.

The women who shared their stories and experiences to an attentive crowd were bold, brave, powerful (and brilliant) in their storytelling skills, their authenticity, and their willingness to be vulnerable.

And it’s no wonder with Brenda at the helm, guiding them through the nerve-wracking process of public speaking. She is a soulful, nurturing, and wise mentor who genuinely cares about women’s voices and women’s lives.

I highly recommend Brenda’s Speakers Club and her Fireside Stories event. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry.

You’ll be touched and inspired.
